With the Mid‑Autumn Festival and National Day just around the corner, the peak procurement season for catering businesses and public institutions is in full swing. On 11–12 September, Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Centre, in partnership with the Huadu District Federation of Trade Unions, will host the “Harvest Celebration · Benefiting Workers” Huadu Agricultural Speciality Products Exhibition and Yuhu Cold Chain Global Ingredients Sourcing Fair. Centred on “direct sourcing and consumer‑friendly purchasing”, the event brings together premium cold‑chain ingredients from around the world and distinctive local agricultural products, offering a one‑stop festival procurement experience for corporate buyers and household consumers alike.
At 10:00 a.m. on 11 September, the opening ceremony will officially commence at the stage area in the B‑Zone atrium. The programme features traditional lion dances, with additional performances staged intermittently throughout the event to create a lively festive atmosphere. Following the ceremony, the two‑day sourcing fair will open its doors, with over 100 booths operating simultaneously. A wide range of activities – including product tastings, lucky draws and parent‑child DIY sessions – will be rolled out, ensuring every visitor can find quality goods at great prices and leave with a rewarding experience.
To cater to diverse purchasing needs, the sourcing fair is organised into three themed exhibition zones:
Park Frozen Food Zone – featuring a comprehensive line‑up of frozen ingredients including pork, beef, lamb, poultry, seafood, prepared dishes and marinated/seasoned products, all delivered via an end‑to‑end cold chain for guaranteed quality.
Huadu Agricultural Speciality Products Zone – enterprises from Huadu District and its partner regions under paired‑assistance programmes will present fresh, straight‑from‑origin products such as grains and oils, fruits and vegetables, and tea leaves, showcasing authentic local flavours.
Jiangxi Premium Agricultural Products Zone – a selection of fine goods from Jiangxi, covering grains, oils, fresh produce, tea, livestock, poultry, aquatic products, snack foods and processed/pre‑prepared items – allowing you to discover the tastes of Jiangxi all in one place.
